SUMMER SLIM DOWN
Lose 7% of your body weight in 8 weeks April 4th – May 31st. Weigh in at the YMCA April 4th from 5 am – 7 pm or April 5th from 5 am – 7 pm. Self-check your weight weekly. You may choose to email your updated weight every Friday to see how you rank (your weight will never be posted, rankings will be based on % lost). Weekly top participant will receive $5 in program bucks each week! Send your weight update e-mail to Chelsey at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Complete your final weigh-in at the YMCA May 30th from 5 am -7 pm or May 31st from 5 am – 7 pm. Everyone who loses 7% or more will win CASH! Bring a friend! The more participants, the greater the possibility of bringing home more money!

Join other moms and their babies for push-ups, sit-ups and planks that involve leaning in to kiss your little one!Do squats and lunges using your baby as added resistance.We’ll even get some cardio and core exercise in with your little one on board! These exercises will captivate your baby while you get a great workout.

Small group training is now offered at your convenience.Try something new or change your routine with small group training.Work with a nationally certified personal trainer and meet your goals quickly.Training with someone else gives you added support, extra accountability and maximum motivation.Grab your friends and split the cost.Four weeks of training.

PARENTS’ NIGHT OUT
A date night for you.A great night for them!Drop the kids off at the YMCA at 5 pm.We have the evening planned.The kids will be grouped into ages 3-5, 6-9, and 10-14.Each group will have two activities and a snack break, then will watch a movie together.

Join your friends for a picnic.This summer, our members are invited to a picnic hosted at the YMCA one Thursday a month.Hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided. Members can bring their favorite side dish or dessert to share.Luncheons are held at 12:00 pm in our multipurpose room.
Join Clarion County YMCA’s first competitive volleyball league.We will follow 6 vs.6 co-ed game in a pool play format.Look for details on the registration flyer.

Come and play America’s fastest growing sport! Pickleball is a paddle sport accessible for all ages and skills. The rules are simple and easy to pick up and play for beginners and can quickly progress into a fast paced and competitive game for more experienced players.

HEALTHY FRIENDS REHABILITATION
The YMCA Healthy Friends program is a supervised fitness program available for clients who have sustained an injury, illness or cardiac event and need supervised care. This program benefits those who have completed a supervised therapy program and are looking to transition into a gym setting to stay strong and active. Healthy Friends meets two days per week for 1.25 hours per day. Please register at the YMCA or call 814-764-3400.

PERSONAL PROGRAM DESIGN
Have a custom program designed around your goals and fitness level.Our Certified Personal Trainers will assess your abilities and design an appropriate program to meet your goals.Each program is designed for 4-6 weeks. The program upgrade is used in the progression of your wellness journey.Cost is per 4-6 week program:Initial Design: $75 Upgrades: $25 each.*Personal training sessions purchased separately.
FREE SMART START PROGRAM
Smart Start is a program that provides you with the tools and knowledge you need to reach your fitness goals. The program is customized to your needs and will help you set attainable goals to provide the ongoing support necessary for your success. In three short meetings, we can take you from an exercise skeptic to a confident individual who is excited about working out. In just a few sessions, you will gain the tools and resources to help you succeed.This service is available to for members ages 13 and up within 30 days of joining the YMCA.
