Registrants may participate without limit in the group exercise classes listed below. If you register before the session begins or within the first half, it is full price. If you register anytime in the second half of the session it is half price. Monthly session fee for Members $15, Non-members $50. Drop in fee is $5 per class except for Senior Classes which are $1 YMCA Members, $3 Non-members.

BODY BLAST; 4:00 - 5:00 pm

A tabata-style workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle while challenging the core. This class uses a variety of formats and equipment including barbell, resistance tubing, dumbbells and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. The workout will never be the same, so this class will keep you on your toes while keeping the mind and body equally engaged.

PILATES  Tuesday; 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.

AB BLAST  Saturday; 9:05 - 9:35 am

A 30 minute core-focused class to improve on toning the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength. Standing functional core training is combined with floor ab exercises to give you a vital core strengthening experience.

SUNRISE YOGA  Tuesday & Thursday; 7:00 - 8:00 am

Start your day with Yoga! Sunrise Yoga brings your body more energy and nourishes you with a positive attitude to fully prepare for the challenges of the day ahead.

YOGA  Monday & Wednesday 5:30 – 6:30 pm

An hour of Yoga poses to enhance strength, cardiovascular endurance and enhance flexibility as well as relive stress and tension. All fitness levels welcome.

ZUMBA  Saturday; 8:00 - 9:00 am

Ditch the workout and join the party! Classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring!

CORE AND MORE  Monday & Wednesday; 5:30 - 6:30 pm

A one hour class that focuses on the core of your body by incorporating weight resistance with isometric strengthening. You will get a total body workout in a fun, energetic atmosphere. The class uses a variety of exercise tools to keep a little bit of variety in the mix.

CIRCUIT BLAST  Wednesday; 4:15 - 5:00 pm

Blast away fat and strengthen your entire body with a balance of exercises between upper body, lower body, and core. Designed in 6 circuit stations completed 3 times. Circuit Blast incorporates the Tabata-style intervals of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.

INTRO TO ROW  Tuesday & Thursday; 4:30 - 5:15pm

This 45 minute class will introduce you to our machines and teach you the basics of proper rowing. The focus is on form and fun. No experience is necessary. Fun for the whole family.

INDO-ROW  Monday; 6:45 - 7:30 pm

Blast away fat and strengthen your entire body. Burn calories while enjoying a fun interval workout in a uniquely motivating fitness environment.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. Monday and Wednesday 10:30 - 11:20 am; Friday 9:30 - 10:20 am.

Super Senior Strength with Rachel (Intermediate)

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 - 9:45 am.

SilverSneakers Yoga

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Fridays 10:30 - 11:20 am

Class fee is $1 for YMCA members and $2 non-members.

Senior Step Up

For the senior who needs a bit more of a challenge in their workout. Class includes cardio, strength and flexibility training all in a low-impact class.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 - 9:00 am

Class fee is $1 for YMCA members and $2 for non-members.

Senior on the Ball

For the senior who needs a bit more of a challenge. This class includes a variety of muscular strength and range of movement activities all done while seated on a stability ball. If you prefer, you may sit in a chair rather than on the ball. Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30 - 10:20 am.

ROLLING REVOLUTION Thursday; 4:15 - 5:15pm

This mobility and recovery class will use dynamic, active, and static stretching exercises mixed with self-myofascial release techniques to get your body to recover faster and ready to take on your next training session! Using foam rollers and other tools, this class will help increase muscle function by alleviating trigger points (knots) and their side effects. Note: Foam rollers are provided by the instructor but limited; you are welcome to bring your personal foam roller

BUILD-N-BURN Thursday 5:15 - 6:15 pm 

This 45 minute class will fly by as we use specific sets of exercises to BUILD strength and BURN calories!! Each set within BUILD-N-BURN progresses you closer to the Focus compound exercise in the final round! Classes may include barbells, steps, med balls, body bars, dumbbells, bodyweight, and more while we mix Tabata with upper, lower and core exercises. ALL fitness levels can have fun while we BUILD-N-BURN our way to healthier bodies!

INSANITY LIVE 6:30 - 7:00 pm

Insanity Live 30 –The 30-minute HIIT class that will get you moving! Using body-weight resistance only, Insanity Live will reshape your body. Easily modifiable for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. You and your friends will work at your own abilities. Coupled with motivational music and instruction, this class is sure provide an inspiring, total-body workout. This is not a DVD… this is Live!
