New--Fitness Class Punch Card--Try the fitness Class "Punch Card." You will be able to jump from class to class at a pre-paid discounted rate for all classes except Tang Soo Do.  The Fitness Class Punch Card is for 90 days for 30 classes. Members $21, Non-members $84 and College Students $60.

Zumba with Jill--Ditch the Workout and Join the Party!
Classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.  Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring!  There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Class.  It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.  Zumba with Jill meets 5:30-6:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Drop in class fees are $1.50 for members, $5 for non-members and $3 for college students.

Dance Party Zumba with Stevi--offers the same exotic rhythms and moves as original Zumba but takes it a level up with a new array of modern up beat songs so you are sure to become addicted.  Enjoy the new format which uses rock n' roll and oldies and throws in some new toning moves.  Dance Party Zumba with Stevi meets Saturday mornings 10-11 am and Wednesday evenings 6:30-7:30 pm. Class fees are $1.50 for members, $5 for non-members and $3 for college students.

Get Fit with Kristy--is a low/medium intensity general fitness class.  The content of this class offers something for everyone! The design is always changing so you will never be bored.  It is molded to each individual participant and modifiable for ages 5 to 95.  We will cover full body:  cardio, toning, flexibility and balance.  You will utilize a wide variety of equipment including: stability balls, body bars, free weights, steps, resistance bands and more. Class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30 to 10:30 am. The class fee is $1.50 members, $5 non-members and $3 college students.

Core and More with Cindy-is a one hour class that focuses on the core of your body by incorporating weight resistance with isometric strengthening.  You will get a total body workout in a fun, energetic atmosphere.  You will use a variety of exercise tools to keep a little bit of variety in the mix. Core and More with Cindy meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 pm.  The class fee is $1.50 members, $5 non-members and $3 college students.

Cardio KickBox with Molly--is a fun cardio workout.  This fiercly energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, tae kwon do, tai chi and muay thai.  Supported by upbeat music and an upbeat instructor, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.  Class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 pm.  Class fee:  $1.50 members, $5 non-members and $3 college students.

"No Sweat" Lunchbreak with Kristy--is a low intensity general fitness class.  This class will be a 30 minute class to allow participants to get to the class and back to work.  As the name implies, this will not be a cardio class, and will be extra low intensity so no need to worry about messing up that pretty hair style.  Footwear is not necessary so no excuses that you forgot your tennis shoes.  The workout will be based on balance, stability, flexibility, core and toning.  Class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:15-12:45 pm. Class fee:  $1.50 members, $3 non-members and $3 college students.


Yoga I with Barb--
will guide you through a soothing and slower paced yoga experience.  Practiced by people of all ages and levels, yoga, in general, increases body awareness, posture, strength, flexibility, and helps to develop calmness and clarity of mind.  Yoga I with Barb meets Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 pm.  Class fee:  $1.50 for members, $5 non-members and $3 for college students.

Yoga II with Barb--offers a slightly more advanced level of yoga instruction, however, all levels are more than welcome to join. Yoga II with Barb meets Thursdays 5:30-6:30 pm. The class fee is $1.50 for members, $5 non-members and $3 college students.

Beginner Boxing--is a base level boxing class.  This is a 50/50 class...50% workout and 50% skill training.  The basic skills of boxing will be taught:  how to wrap your hands, proper warm up, stance, proper punching technique, footwork, etc. The workout will consist of interval cardio, strength and endurance.  Class meets on Tuesdays from 4-5 pm.  Drop in class fee is $1.50 members, $5 non-members and $3 college students.

Extreme Boxing--is an advanced level boxing class.  This class is built for highly driven individuals ready to push it to the max.  Workouts are high intensity cardio, plyometrics, strength and endurance.  You DO NOT need to have prior boxing knowledge to take this class...skills will be taught but at a high level and fast pace. Class meets Mondays 6:30-7:30 pm.  Drop in class fee:  $1.50 members, $5 non-members and $3 for college students.

Tang Soo Do--
Tang Soo Do is for participants age 7 through adult.  This traditional martial art form has roots in ancient Korea.  Mr. Jeff Craig is the instructor.  Monthly fee:  $40 members, $60 non-members and $50 for college students. Tang Soo Do meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15 pm.

SilverSneakers Fitness Programs
SilverSneakers group exercise classes offer you the best opportunity to stay on track toward your health and fitness goals.  Our signature classes are designed specifically for older adults and taught by specially trained, certified instructors. You are sure to find a class that suits your needs and abilities.

SilverSneakers Muscular Strength and Range of Motion (MSROM)-Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.  Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.  Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday 9:30-10:30 am and Monday and Wednesday at 10:30-11:30 am. The fee is 75 cents for members and $1.50 for non-members.

SilverSneakersYoga Stretch--will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.  Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.  Class meets Fridays 10:30-11:30 am.  Class fee is 75 cents for members and $1.50 non-members.

SilverSneakers Cardio Fit--Get Up and Go with an aerobics class for you--safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints.  The workout includes easy-to-follow low impact movements, upper body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.  Class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays 8-9 am.  Class fee is 75 cents for members and $1.50 for non-members.
